Job Description:
enerG wellness is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Representative to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. The Accounts Receivable Assistant will report in-person to our corporate office located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables and bank deposits.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Make daily calls on receivables and send out reminders of payments due in a proactive manor
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

· Answer and appropriately direct incoming calls

· Process payments and keep records for all company vehicles

· Responsible for keeping records and distribution of company phones

· Process Vendor Registrations

Job Requirements:

· Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting

· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations

· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

· Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (2-year minimum experience using QuickBooks Enterprise)

· Proficiency in English and in MS Office and Quick Books

· Customer service and negotiation skills

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of Connectwise Software is a plus.

** 2 years experience working with QuickBooks Enterprise is required**
